Client : PHE ONWJ. LIMA Flow Station is located at the Java Sea, North of West Java Province, Indonesia, with the coordinate of lor 31' E, 5o 54' S. The facility has been in production since the early 70's with current Oil production of 4200 BOPD and a natural gas production of 20-30 MMSCFD. LIMA also as junction from others flow station such KLA and Mike Mike.
KLA has production 4500 BOPD oil and 20 MMSCFD gas. Meanwhile production from Mike Mike Flow station to Central via LIMA is around 20- 30 MMSCFD. Currently LIMA F/S is relying on 6 (Six) Gas Engine Generators of each 250 kW and 2 (Two) Auxiliary Diesel Generators (60 kW + 250 kW) as the backbone of Power Generation System.
Since 2011, Gas Engine Generator manufacturer has declared a discontinuation of some critical spare parts of LIMA F/S Gas Engine Generator model G-398 & D-398, causing uncertainty and increasing the risk for unplanned shutdown. Meanwhile for safety system, it will be installed the new Life Boat with capacity 58 Personnel at LSER platform and upgrading the existing Fire Water Pump from 3 (three) x 500 GPM to 2 (two) x 1000 GPM. By upgrading the electrical power system and safety system, LIMA F/S will increase the reliability of the power and safety system.
